A Middle Eastern grocery chain has acquired the Sigel’s Liquors Building in Richardson, Texas, and continues to expand its presence in the Dallas market. The 18,000 SF structure will represent their N. Dallas County presence in the expansion of its chain as their brokerage firm, Callejo Commercial Properties, continues to add to their real estate inventory.
