What our customers say

Trey and JD have done an outstanding job in moving our retail tracts into the market for acquisition. They have negotiated our land sales far beyond the appraised values, and equally as important, have sold the tracts to various outstanding users which also benefits the immediate local market. Their work ethic for their clients is outstanding. Their integrity is immeasurable.

LeRoy Brorson

CPA, Trustee, Seven Investments

It has been a great pleasure to work with JD Gonzales in the sale of several tracts of undeveloped commercial property in which we have held an interest. JD has clearly done much more than simply marketing the properties for sale. He has worked diligently to identify the best purchasers, negotiated strong prices and expended maximum effort to clear the myriad of hurdles encountered between contract signing and closing.

Fred J Schwarz

Trustee, Yeager Inter Vivos Trust

“Callejo Commercial did an outstanding job in locating an office for my company in the Uptown District. My requirements as a consultant in the wedding industry are unique and yet they rapidly located offices that suited my needs and those
of my clients. Equally as important, they negotiated a lease in which the terms were significantly favorable. My special thanks to JD and Trey.”
