Callejo Commecial Properties has successfully negotiated and closed on the sale of a pad site to a regional car wash enterprise. The land is located at 2620 Arapaho Rd., Garland and is contiguous to the newly developed 2,500 SF Starbucks located at the SWC of Arapaho and Shiloh Roads. The car wash is scheduled to open in 2020.
