Callejo Commercial Properties has sold the Callejo Law Office Building at 4310 N. Central Expressway and Knox-Henderson near Uptown. JD Gonzales represented the Seller, the Estates of Bill and Adelfa Callejo, and the Purchaser was Ben DuBose, Managing Partner, DuBose Law Offices. Mr. DuBose’s firm, specializing in Personal Injury law, now offers representation in Dallas and New Orleans. Per the negotiation, Mr. DuBose, renamed the structure the Adelfa B. Callejo Building. April, 2016.
